Im beginning to rebuild my base, My first marathon was on October 4th, so I took a couple weeks off. I have a new training partner, her name is Grace, an 11mo old standard poodle.

Ive got a strange work schedule, I work 3 days on, one off, 3 days on. Then I have 7 days off. I can only run on thurs, and mon during the week that I work, due to the fact that I work 12 hr shifts....
